Michele Cardona-Moffett is an accomplished financial services executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience at Northern Trust, specializing in wealth management and family office services. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams, cultivated strategic relationships, and supported organizational growth.

Committed to community service and leadership development, Michele served for more than a decade on the Executive Board of Changing Worlds, a Chicago-based nonprofit. She also served on Northern Trust’s Women in Leadership Council, mentoring colleagues and supporting the advancement of women. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Management from DePaul University in Chicago.
