
​Dr. Alesia Coe
Dr. Alesia Coe is an accomplished executive nurse leader with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. As Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at the University of Chicago Medical Center, she oversees nursing and patient care operations, focusing on clinical excellence, patient safety, and staff development. Throughout her career, including leadership roles with Cook County Health & Hospitals System and the Department of Veterans Affairs, she has been a strong advocate for equitable care, mentorship, and advancing opportunities for emerging healthcare leaders.

Dr. Coe earned her BSN and MSN from Saint Xavier University and her DNP from the University of Alabama. A board-certified Nurse Executive and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she also serves as an adjunct nursing professor at Saint Xavier University. Her leadership is guided by a commitment to compassionate care, professional excellence, and empowering healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
